The program
Nebula Networks Inc. sends and receives text messages (SMS and MMS) at +1 (778) 949-2960 to support our internet customers. This is a two-way customer care line, not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or advertising text messages.
What we text about
- Replies to support questions you send us by text
- Installation and service appointment confirmations, reminders and technician arrival notices
- Outage, maintenance and service restoration updates for your address
- Account and billing notices relating to your service
How you join
You consent to receive text messages from Nebula Networks when you:
- Send a text message to our published support number +1 (778) 949-2960. Texting us is your consent for us to reply and to continue that conversation; or
- Provide your mobile number on our sign-up form at https://nebulanetworks.ca/sign-up and check the box agreeing to be contacted by text about your service; or
- Give your mobile number to our staff during a phone call, installation or support visit and agree to be contacted by text.
We never buy, rent or obtain mobile numbers from third parties, and we only text people who are our customers or who have contacted us about service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity — typically only in response to a support conversation you start, or around a scheduled appointment or an outage affecting your address. Recurring or scheduled marketing messages are never sent.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Nebula Networks does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from us, other than any message required to complete a conversation you have already started. You can rejoin at any time by texting us again or by asking us to re-enable texting on your account. Opting out of texts does not cancel your internet service, and we will continue to reach you by phone or email.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
